Service Biller Main Duties:
• Billing and invoicing
• Closing out work orders and purchase orders
• Assist customers with questions regarding their invoices
• Set up and maintain customer profiles in company database
• Work with our sales professional to foster relationships with new and existing customers
• Assisting dispatcher as needed
• Additional administrative duties such as data entry, filing, etc.
Service Biller Requirements:
• Possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Must be a team player
• Attention to detail a must
• Stable work history with record of excellent attendance
• Excellent computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Quick learner and capable decision maker
• Exceptional follow-up a must
• Strong typing skills
• High energy level and positive attitude!
