Job Summary:

We seek to employ a very committed, highly
talented, self-driven and aggressive team member to support the overall
supervision and management of our Branch in Mubende.To provide an overall supervisionand Management of DFC business operations at
the branch and ensure the promise of quality is realised by customers. You will
oversee all day to day operations of the branch in Mubende including the management
of staff, marketing

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership,
Administration and Management (%)

·Ensure a
total adherence to all business systems, policies and procedures

·Keep
abreast with prices of commonly procured items to ensure a benefit from best
prices

·Maintain
a database of suppliers and truck their dealings with the business

·Receiving
and processing all vendor invoices for payments and verifying all invoices

·Ensure
procurement of quality items and products by working with suppliers

·Work
with the cashier to define the business operation direction every month and
share it with the CEO

·Communicate
with suppliers for quality supplies and resolve all queries

·Put up
functional policies, systems, strategies, plans and procedures to regulate,
manage and operationalise a profitable business and procedure

Human Resource
Management Function (%)

·Supervise
the overall operations of the cashier, cleaners, chef, cooks and
waiters/waitress

·Implement
employee incentives and motivation

·Organise
and call for weekly, monthly and quarterly staff meetings aimed at improving
staff performance and business operation

·Build a
motivated staff base to execute an exceptional level of service- leading to a
direct increase in loyal, repeat customers.

·Spearhead
and coordinate the process of identifying staff training needs

·Appraise
all the staff based on their Job descriptions on a quarterly/semi-annual basis

·Foster
strong and productive teamwork among all staff of Dimmys Food Court

Business
development and Marketing Function (%)

·Develop
business operations by increasing cash flow and operating profits by 5% every
month

·Organise
weekly food production and quality assurance meetings with the chef and other
cooks plus waiters for setting-up the branch, compliance in Catering and
special diets

·Managing
the outdoor catering services and schedules with constant tie-ups with major
corporate and implementing sales promotional

·Assets
and Inventory Management and trucking.

·Make
analysis of customer food selections and diet and replacee the unpopular food
items with more popular items

·Truck
all sales and keeping a record of the monthly sales and generating monthly
statements.

·Utility
management- payment, postings and monitoring of variations in utility bills and
ensure utilities bills are always kept below % of the business operation
cots.

·Make
weekly, monthly and semi-annual business analysis on sales, profits,
expenditure customer needs and share with supervisor

·Work
closely with the chef/cook and waiters/waitress to improve the menu daily

·Develop
and innovative Quality improvement strategies

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

·Must
hold a Bachelors Degree in Business related disciplines

·At least
2-3 years of working experience in a similar position

·Good at
marketing, sales and doing business analytics

·Good
customer service skills, PR and good communication skills

·Client
and customer services relationship

·Skills
of team building and management

·Quick
decision-making skills

·Skills
of POS and other computer-based software
