Job Summary:
TheSalesExecutiveshouldbeabletoCross-sellcompanysproductstoclientsbothsavingsaccountsandloansascoreproductsaswellastheotherPrideproductsandservices(ATMs,MPB,SMSalerts,ForexandURA).He/shewillberequiredtobringinatleastnewsavingsaccountsandnewloanswithvaluesofShs.,,/=indepositsandShs.,,/=inloansdisbursedpermonthrespectively.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·Achieve
andmaintainthefollowingmonthlytargetswhileonprobationandafterconfirmation:
onewvoluntarysavingsaccountsopened(excludingfixeddepositaccounts)withUgx.,,/=depositbalances.
onewloanswithvaluesofUgx.,,/=.
oFollow-upandensurethat%oftheaccountsmobilized/openedareenrolledontoPrideMobilePhoneBankingplatform.
·Prospectingnewclientsandcrosssellingproductstoexistingclientsintheassignedbranchoperatingarea.
·Organizingandparticipatinginpromotionalactivities/events.
·Sellsnewproductsandmaintainqualitycustomerservicebytakingpartinlaunches,PilottestingandvariousVSPactivitiessuchaspitchcamps,barazas,bazzars,businessforums,tradeshows,etc.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
·He/SheshouldpossessaminimumofaDiplomain Commerce,DevelopmentEconomics,Economics,Microfinance,Developmentstudies,BusinessStudies,InternationalBusiness,AccountingandFinance,Marketing,FinancialServicesandBusinessComputing,BusinessStatistics,Entrepreneurship&SmallBusinessManagement,SocialScience,SWASA,Education,Procurement&ChainSupplyManagement,Procurement&LogisticsManagement,HumanResourceManagement,Industrial&OrganizationPsychology,ProjectPlanningandManagement,EntrepreneurshipandProjectPlanning,PublicAdministrationandManagement,SalesandMarketingManagement,PublicRelationsandMediaManagement,B.Agriculture&RuralInnovations,AgriculturalEngineering,AgriculturalExtension,Engineeringorinanyotherrelevant/relatedfield.
·2PrincipalpassesatA Level.
·Possess
acreditorapassinMathematicsandEnglishatO level
·Shouldbewillingtoworkinanypartofthecountry.
·Shouldbeenergeticwithhighdegreeofinnovativeness,creativityandambition.
·Shouldhaveahighdegreeofintegrity,excellentinterpersonal,communicationandpresentationskills.
·Shouldbefluentincommonlyusedlocallanguages.
