Description

The Regional Manager, Community and Partnership Programs (CPP) leads a team providing high quality strategic planning and delivery to support the Forest, Fire and Regions group to successfully deliver government and community priorities and build trusting and functional relationships in the region. The Regional Manager works with internal and external partners to ensure the integrated delivery of CPP programs, projects and services across Forest, Fire and Regions group. The Regional Manager is a member of the Regional Leadership Team and is responsible for achieving business excellence and building a high performing culture.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, including sustainability, renewable energy or climate adaptation.
• Experience leading a high performing team, building strong external and internal relationships, and delivering community and place-based initiatives.

This is a fixed term position available from 11 April 2023 to 12 April 2024. The work location for this position is flexible in the Grampians Region with hybrid work arrangements available.
