Introduction
A large company is searching for Registered Nurses to join their dynamic team
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assessing, observing and speaking to patients
- Taking patients vitals
- Recording details and symptoms of patients medical history and current health status
- Preparing patients for exams and treatments
- Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
- Creating, implementing and evaluating patients care plans with the medical team
- Preforming wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
- Operating and monitoring medical equipment
- Drawing blood, uring samples and other body fluids for lab work
- Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
- Reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Minimum matric
- Must be registered and have valid documentation with SANC
