As the very first employee of marketing functions of the company, he/she is expected to initiate various marketing activities in order to maximize sales through brand management and management of food delivery functions.
Responsibilities
• Signage management of each store to increase customer traffic and restaurant decoration
• Analyse, design, and initiate various marketing campaigns and communications on social media
• Constant research on efficient product package design
• Respond to social media queries and manage the delivery team.
• Compliance with brand values and integrity both online and offline
Qualifications
• Passionate about Marketing activities and Brand buildup
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing
• 5+ years' brand management and/or product marketing experience
• Graphic designing skills are a bonus
• Local resident of Chittagong preferred
We are looking to develop multiple brands in addition to our existing two brands (Sadia's Kitchen & Town Chicken) primarily in Chittagong, Bangladesh and may be, all across Bangladesh at a later time. So, any experienced restaurant management persons are welcome to discuss their expectations if they are willing to enjoy life at Chittagong
