Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Khulna, Bangladesh, for an Architect at Nirman Architecture & Development. The Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, supervising and coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. They will also collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
• Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other architectural design tools
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally-friendly design practices is a plus
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus
