Job Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR field
• Passionate about HR and adaptable to working in a fast-paced working environment
• Love working in a multicultural and diverse environment where there is equality & inclusion for all
• Strong motivation to drive change across organization
• Have a growth mentality
• Love solving and analyzing problems to build “third way” solutions
• Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals
• Willing to relocate to different locations within the Indonesia
• Have graduated from Bachelor or Master degree
