Job Description
What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
• Meet sales targets by acquiring fresh funds from existing and new customers while maintaining balance
• Develop strategies for client retention and acquisition, including identifying active and inactive accounts
• Collaborate with Sales Quality and Performance team and other acquisition channels for quality customer leads
• Gather market insights to target appropriate events or exhibitions and recommend improvement measures
• Ensure sales processes adhere to bank policies and procedures, and compliance-related documentation is aligned accordingly

Qualifications
What is required and what we’re looking for:
• Min D3 / S1 degree from reputable university
• Min 1 years experience as a Sales
• Familiar with wealth management (would be an advantage)
• Good knowledge in Digital Banking
• Good communication, presentation skills, analytical skill, and selling skills
