About Our Client
Our Client owns a golf course located in a strategic area of Jakarta city.
Job Description
• Provide a high level of support to the GM, managers and staff.
• Plan and coordinate regular inspections as well as improving standards of the
facilities.
• Develop and deliver training to staff to improve and maintain high standards in
service and operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
• Demonstrated experience with planning & training
• Ability to work as a leader of a team, oversee the day to day operations
• Discipline
• Outstanding organisational skill
• Impeccable time-management skills
• Great attention to detail
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Golf Industry or Hospitality (preferably
reputable Hotels or Resorts)
