Finance Supervisor

Job Description:
• Manage and monitor accounting data overall (general invoice, cash flow, payment, invoices, account receivable, and account payable).
• Responsible for accuracy, completeness, and time- for month-end closing.
• Prepare listing for balance sheet account
• Prepare invoice, tax invoice, bank, and tax reconciliation
• Manage all accounting receivables and incoming cash in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly tax calculations (PPh23, PPh 4(2) and VAT).
• Support annual financial audits and any ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Finance Supervisor.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in finance and accounting by supporting the payment process on a daily basis, verifying documents related to payment.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google (Calendar, Email, Sheet, Docs, etc
