Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Reservation Agent at The Westin Jakarta. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for handling phone reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Effective communication skills are essential in this role to ensure guest satisfaction. The role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Experience in handling reservations and performing receptionist duties
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
