As a Merchandiser, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our Merchandising. You will be responsible for managing the Stock distribution to store cycle from Warehouse to delivering Store, meeting Stock MBQ, and timelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Planning and evaluating seasonal option plan.

• Analyzing the stock requirements on daily basis and responsible for allocation, replenishment & inter-store transfers.

• Analyzing Daily/weekly/monthly stock and sales reports.

• Coordinate with Brands/Vendors for stock fulfillment.

• Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch of stock.

• Coordinate with stores to know customer feedback about products.

• Store visit on a weekly basis.

• New development of products

• Buying

• Sourcing & purchasing of items

• Product Management.

• Seasonal Sampling

• Follow up with vendors.

• Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways of expanding product categories

• Calculate forecasts for product demand trends

• Design exit strategies for unsuccessful products

• Analyze industry and consumer trends, develop strategies, and oversee pricing, promotion

• Product range management to maximize sales and profitability.

• Quality Assurance of Products.

• Maintaining daily MIS

• Merchandising and buying

• Time and action report (TNA).

• Development new products according to fashion trends.

• Vendor management

• Sampling of goods.

• Stock management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in Merchandising

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking

• Retail Industry experience in clothing and apparel is preferred

• 2 to 3 Years’ Experience

• Salary 3 to 4 LPA
