About Oncare: Oncare is a seed-funded startup building for Affordable Cancer Care. We are
on a mission to make Cancer treatment journey completely transparent and affordable for
the patients. With state-of-the-art facilities and the best team of doctors – all from the top
cancer pedigree colleges of India, Oncare is dedicated to improving patient outcomes and
quality of life throughout the cancer journey making this battle easy for the patients.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager
specialized to join our team at Oncare. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in
building the business from 0-to-1 by building and executing strategic initiatives to enhance
our services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and best patient experiences
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and run the business as an entrepreneur and scale it to the next level.
• P&L Owner and being a part of rapid growth story
• Building the business development team of high-performers
• Provide seamless Patient experience by working closely with other stakeholders
• Open to getting hands dirty to execute everyday challenges to maintain patient
experience standard
• Extremely data-driven and result-oriented, think out of the box to bring extreme
value for excellent patient experience
• Design business projections and develop operation metrics to measure process
efficiency.
• Develop operational excellence to meet business goals MOM.
Qualifications:
• 3-6 years of experience post-bachelors / master's
• Preferred from Tier 1 Colleges (IITs/NITs/IIMs/FMS/BIT/DCE/MDI/XLRI etc.)
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends,
and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
• Looking for an immediate joiner, crazy at work and fond of a late-night party
• Self-starter and proactive approach, details oriented and strives for results in every
hour
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, data-driven, and P&L-focused decision
making
• Ex-entrepreneurial experiences a plus
