Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Recruiter at an Indian MNC located in New Delhi. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for various positions within the company. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, you will conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for job offers.
Qualifications
• Prior experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
• Sourcing and screening the right candidates by using Job Portal Site, Databases, LinkedIn, and Job postings.
• Scanning of CVs according to the job specification and requirement.
• Sharing the Company Profile, Job Description with the candidates.
• Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for the VC & F2F interviews.
• Following up with the selected candidates for Offer Acceptance, Resignation and ensuring their joining.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
