Company Description
Creators Gram is a social media and influencer marketing agency located in New Delhi. We represent more than 30 content creators and storytellers, and design authentic, creative and high-reach campaigns for companies in various industries. Our expertise also extends to supporting companies in designing and implementing social media strategies, and creating unique launch events. Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Artist Manager. The Junior Artist Manager will be responsible for managing our creators' schedules, coordinating with brands and agencies, and monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. The Junior Artist Manager will also assist in coordinating events and photo shoots. The role is located in New Delhi, but some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Experience in talent management or influencer marketing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Experience in event coordination and photo shoots is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hindi
