Our facilities include five showrooms in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Mathura Road, Dehradun, and Palwal. We have a dedicated team and infrastructure in 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) at all locations.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Sales Specialist. As a Car Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to automotive sales. This includes consulting with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, building customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires in-depth knowledge of automotive sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
• Sales Consulting, Automotive Sales, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in customer satisfaction, customer retention, and building customer relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and meet sales goals
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and Maruti automobiles
• Previous experience in car sales or dealership is a plus
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
