Responsibilities
The Safety Manager in North New Jersey Region supports specific client needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety. Oversee all aspects of a commercial construction project ensuring OSHA complianceConduct daily safety meetingsComplete accident reports and conduct accident investigationsDaily safety audits and inspectionsOversee all subcontractors and contractorsOversee Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years direct construction safety experience requiredOSHA 30-hour ConstructionOSHA 510 and/or 500 a plusHazwoper 40 a plusAdvance knowledge of construction safety standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skills required Proficient Microsoft Office skills Embody HazTek's
