The LPN will:
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain patient flow in the office.
• Demonstrate the ability to respond to requests for information in an appropriate way
• Under direct supervision and direction of the practitioner, demonstrate the ability to perform procedures in the office setting.
• Apply critical thinking skills and consider alternatives in the delivery of patient care.
• Develop and maintain human relationships and integrate the influence of the human experience of health, illness and /or healing.
• Apply leadership skills appropriately.
• Incorporate teaching in the delivery of care and demonstrate competence in health promotion.
• Manage self and resources effectively.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Vermont Nursing License (required)
• 1 year experience (preferred)
• Flexible, outgoing and comfortable floating within the North Star Health Clinics as needed for critical staffing needs.
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 virus and provide required vaccination documentation unless approved for an exemption prior to starting employment.*
