B3Networks is seeking Process Management Specialist and Senior Specialist to improve and streamline our internal processes. In this role, you will be part of the Center of Excellence group and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing processes that increase efficiency and scalability within the organization.
What you’ll do is to:
- Coordinate with all the relevant Business Units (BUs) to understand and map existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement new processes that align with B3Networks' goals of efficiency and excellence.
- Ensure that process documentation, including flowcharts, guides, and standard operating procedures, is kept up to date and accessible.
- Work closely with various teams to train them on new processes, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes, making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to successfully conduct workshops and training sessions related to process management.
- Ensure that all SLA requirements are fulfilled, and necessary steps are taken while executing any internal or external request that would fall under the department’s scope.
Ideally, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Product Management, Process Management, or other related fields.
- At least 0-3 years of prior experience in Process Management, including designing, implementing, and evaluating processes (Preference will be given).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Prior experience working in the Tech Industry and/or Communication Service Provider Industry will be an added advantage
