AHS Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is looking for ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.
• Must have knowledge about 3rd Party Maintenance Contracts/ SLA/Extended warranties.
• Follow up with potential leads in order to drive them to maturity.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with new customers.
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Have an ability to assess the customer’s requirement to suggest suitable property solutions.
• Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.
• Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value.
• Identify and respond to changes in client needs.
• Follow up customers to ensure timely closure of deals.
• Maintaining customer database and log sheets
• Be adaptable to changing roles over time.
• Qualifications:
• Graduation or higher level of education
• 2-3 years of experience in sales (Prefer one who have experience in 3rd Party Maintenance Contracts.
• Passionate about sales
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong hand on Microsoft tools
