As an Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our wholesale operations and contributing to our continued success on the Amazon platform.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to managing our Amazon wholesale accounts. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely, collaborating with our team to optimize product listings, monitor inventory levels, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Hunting: Research and identify potential new products for wholesale distribution on Amazon Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and assess customer demand to make informed decisions on product selection and expansion.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are adequately stocked, and coordinate with our warehouse team to restock items when needed. Avoid stockouts and overstock situations by forecasting demand and adjusting orders accordingly.

Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and messages in a timely and customer-friendly manner. Provide accurate information about products, shipping, and returns, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain positive reviews.

Data Analysis: Analyze sales and performance metrics on Amazon to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving overall business performance.

Competitor Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is highly preferred. Newbies are encouraged to apply

Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, guidelines, and best practices for product listings and order processing.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Knowledge of e-commerce, online retail, and wholesale business models is a plus.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.

Note: It is paid internship & will convert into full time role based on performance
