IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
• Representation of PTCL Group as a domain and product expert and Own the product vision and feature roadmap for ICT Products.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
• Maintain and foster relationships with telecom vendors and integration partners in assessing needs, defining requirements and managing deliverables.
• Own the product vision and feature roadmap for ICT Pro and other products and make that vision a reality by getting buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with Onboarding and Support teams/ 3rd party vendors to improve customer experience and ensure availability of telecommunications offerings.
• Participate in product development process, ensure features are prioritized correctly and delivered on time.
• Engage with designers/ product teams to perform research, design exploration, testing and POCs/ launch of products.
• Effectively assess customer escalations and allocate resources immediate resolution.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
• Advanced degree in Business / Telecom Engineering.
Experience:
• Hands-on Experience in a product management role.
Competencies:
• Strong experience in telecommunications (particularly as it relates to ICT / Cloud) including launching telecom products.
• Strong technical understanding of telecom protocols like SIP, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, IoT Cloud Computing, etc
• Have experience with 3rd party integrations.
