Job Description : Managing full cycle processing of Human Resource functions (Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Welfare & Benefits, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal Rule and Regulation). Being fully responsible for General Affair functions (Office Supply, Stationery, Visa & Work Permit, Facility Canteen, Meeting Room and Common Area Management, Company Car & Driver Control, Cleaning & Security Service Control). Overseeing a full scope of HR activities, including performance management systems, recruitment, employee relations, organization effectiveness and people development. Ensuring that policies comply with labor laws. Being responsible for MOU, work permit and visa for foreigner worker from Myanmar, Cambodia, etc. Implementing and monitoring company policies in accordance with labor laws and regulations. Providing leadership, management, coaching and mentoring to HR professionals and other personnel within the company. Working closely with management to improve HR policies, employee relationships, engagement, retention and performance. Overseeing recruitment, talent management, training, compensation, benefits and organization development. Preparing reports, submissions and other necessary correspondence relevant to HR matters. Qualifications: Male or female, age 35 – 40 years old. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Political Science or a related field. At least 8 years’ experience in HR & General Administration functions, especially in a retail, Food Manufacturing is preferred. Good interpersonal skills, mature and positive attitude. Strong knowledge of HRM, HRD, OD, Thai labour laws and regulations. Strong knowledge in production line about Manufacturing field and work permit visa for foreigner worker (Myanmar, Cambodia). Good English communication skills. Strong understanding of Employee Relations Management. Able to work well under pressure
