Coordination of the recruitment process:
• Keep updating internal departments and projects.
• Responsible for recruitment needs.
• Pre-selection interviews through phone calls
• Follow-up of the recruitment process

Direct approach:
• Development of a network and creation of a portfolio of candidates
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Follow-up:
• Active participation in the recruitment meetings
• Weekly reporting of your activity
• Support data marts to provide intuitive analytics for internal reports/statistics.
• Take care or involve in the onboarding process as well as keep good contact to onboarded candidates

Job qualification
• At least 2-3 years of direct experience in recruitment IT from Agency, Outsourcing, or Software IT Business.
• Have a previous successful experience in recruitment and are interested by the Consulting/Outsourcing world in IT via a recruitment approach
• You act as a real business partner to find the best candidates for your internal clients thanks to the knowledge you gained on markets’ business situations, positions, and technologies.
• You are curious and have a proactive mindset.
• You have a background in recruitment or sales or headhunting.
• Your expertise will allow your partners to maximize their chances in quickly finding the best talent and fit for their needs; helping them to grow their market.
• Able to communicate in English
