Full-time job - การตลาด, วิจัย/วิเคราะห์การตลาด
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data, conduct SWOT analysis, and segment customers.
• Develop strategic marketing plans, including KPIs.
• Create engagement communities and coordinate events and activities.
• Manage communication on digital platforms and serve as an admin.
• Collaborate with leasing and facility management for event support and tenant onboarding.
• Conduct tenant surveys and maintain accurate directories.
• Organize marketing activities for the ALLY SKY application and facilitate promotions.
• Coordinate with stores and facility management for data integration.
• Support in-store media marketing efforts.
• Analyze traffic and sales data, and develop action plans and reports.
• Gather and utilize customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in retail, design, or hospitality.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail
