The Support Applications Engineering team is the primary contact for our customers to help solve their design challenges. Supervising and updating customer issues on our award-winning support portal: Support Center. Developing and delivering technical training and product updates are vital. Communication skill and work passion are helpful on this job position. In addition to team works well as a global organization and work collaboratively to ensure not only the success of the products and our business but also each other.

You will work with Marketing team, AE if any proactive support indeed with respecting One team One Goal spirit.

You will work with Marketing team, AE if any proactive support indeed with respecting One team One Goal spirit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Passionating about starting or continuing your career in a customer facing but highly technical role with Calibre PacRim support team
• Continuously looking for ways to improve skills and the tools and processes to accomplish daily work. Proactive to build new or improve upon existing engineering tasks or processes.
• Superb interpersonal skills with an ability to navigate different frames of reference among many collaborators. Validating a good communicator's skills by communicating results or new concepts to others.
• Training courses and marketing events supporting are crucial affairs.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS is required. Master is advantageous.
• Good understanding of the IC design flow and have done Physical verification implementation for at least 5 years.
• Familiar with Calibre DRC/LVS/PERC language and foundries deck development.
• Linux and shell skill is vital. Tcl/Perl/Python script ability is vital.
• Presenting and communicate ideas and solutions to a broader audience fluently in both English and Mandarin.
