Responsibilities:Develop concepts for capital improvements outlining project scope, benefits, cost estimates, and schedulesPrepare capital funding requests & work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of the projectMonitor and track capital spending and project progressEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersSupport project Risk ManagementAssist the team with preliminary and detail design tasksAssist in developing engineering specificationsSupport and encourage preventive maintenance with the teamSome fieldwork and travel may be required About Us:J.D.
