POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an ambitious, hardworking, smart and self-motivated local sales representative with 4-6 years of sales experience to help grow and maintain relationships across the assigned territory. You are required to have strong customer service skills and relationship building experience, in addition to demonstrating excellent client account management, conflict resolution ability, and an appetite to build our brand. We are looking for someone who can create confidence in our processes and develop our customer relationship.
• Pioneer the assigned territory and its existing dealer, regional rental, fleet and lease companies.
• Build local customer relationships while accessing the needs of each one and matching those needs utilizing our procurement and inside sales teams to help support the transaction(s).
• Regular follow-ups and appointments to ensure our customers are being taken care of, while identifying other opportunities.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Essential responsibilities/expectations include (not exhaustive list):
• Travel weekly within the assigned territory to visit clients and attend conferences (when needed) for networking with existing and new prospective clients.
• Manage ongoing transactions to ensure they are executed as planned, profitability is maintained, and risk is mitigated where possible.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for future references.
• Provide customers with a clear understanding of the products and services of TRADE X.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Providing a focus for marketing and sales activities through insights derived from customers.
• Gather current marketplace information on pricing, products.
• Working with inside sales and procurement to help support your sales activities.
• Other duties as requested by Management (at HQ).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Must have Sales experience, preferably 4-6 years.
• Automotive experience is beneficial, however, not required.
• Excellent analytical skills, communication, organization, problem-solving, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in customer service and ability to deal with conflict resolution.
• Experience with CRM Software, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Ability to create and navigate reports critical for sales related functions.
