About the Job:
Caye Talkers Limited offers support to their partners in the credit repair and credit monitoring industry, as well as home, personal loan, and automotive financing fields. The primary responsibility of our agents is to liaison professionally with all stakeholders and provide top-notch telephone services while satisfactorily meeting quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics. Key responsibilities include tracking and protecting credit information, with a goal to ensure customers are always protected and their personal information are safeguarded while providing beneficial discounts for hotels, Vacation rentals and Pharmacy cards. The Credit Monitoring campaign is considered a DIY service which offers the customer the ability to receive personalized help from agents as well as the freedom to do it on their own and at their own pace.

Stable Internet Speed:
• 5 Mgs or above

Other Requirements:
• Must be a Belizean Citizen
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work a minimum of 33 hours per week
• Have a valid Police Record or Receipt not more than 6 months old
• Have an updated Resume
• Have gotten at least one covid vaccination shot
