About the job:
Own The Key (OTK) is an all inclusive three step approach which fosters home ownership through individual financial independence. The aim of the program is to get clients loan ready and the keys in their hands through a clear-cut partnership. Key responsibilities include selling the Value of the program, qualifying clients, confirming agreement for transfer, down-selling, and schedule callbacks.

Performance Goals:
• Operating System: Windows 8 or above
• Headset: USB Headset - (No gaming headset)
• Stable Internet Speed: 5 Mgs or above
• Hardwired: Ethernet cord -(No Wi-Fi)
Other Requirements:
• Must be a Belizean Citizen
• Must be 18 years or older and in possession of a valid social security card
• Must be able to work a minimum of 35 hours per week
• Have a quiet work area
• Have a valid Police Record or Receipt not more than 6 months old
• Have an updated Resume
• Have gotten at least one covid vaccination shot
