General Purpose
Collaborate with Regional Consumer Finance to co-create and influence plans for organic and incremental growth of the Belize credit portfolio. Foster a professional environment for the development of a driven team aligned with achieving sustainable profitable growth and customer service excellence.
Position requirements:
•MBA or other business related degree, at the Master’s level
•Minimum of five (5) years senior leadership experience in commercial banking
•Proven experience with profitability models and performance management methodologies
•Sound understanding of commercial risk dynamics, strategies and management
•Strong people management with the ability to influence
•Creative and innovative approach to achievement of business goals
