The SUD Program Manager will be responsible for the administration of the program's services. This position works in conjunction with the clinical team, collaborates with other Program Managers, and reports to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• EMR and HR record documentation.
• Keep current with all regulations of the Maryland Department of Health and the Alcohol and Drug Use Administration.
• Ensure that all local, state and federal laws and regulations are followed.
• Responsible for overseeing adherence to COMAR standards and ensuring approval and maintenance of the accreditation.
• Coordinate the certificate and accreditation process that involves outside agencies designated tor such by federal and state governments and renew all licenses and certificates within the specified time frame to allow for uninterrupted services.
• Assist in representing agency to accrediting bodies to help facilitate and coordinate accreditation processes, to ensure satisfactory completion, and to improve compliance.
• To maintain an optimal staffing level.
• Supervise and oversee the efficient day-to-day operation of the clinic.
• Ensure that the work environment is safe and maintained according to health and building regulations.
• Have overall responsibility for writing and enforcing directives and other duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
• Be able to motivate staff and maintain employee engagement.
• Ensure that all employees adhere to established performance standards.
• Handle HR and employment issues.
• Participate in staff meetings, work-groups, training and development, and other program-related activities as appropriate.
• Perform other assigned duties as they relate to the essential functions of the position.
• Highly developed organizational, interpersonal and management skills Computer literacy required Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

We are looking for clinical professionals with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills are essential and knowledge of the current best treatment practices to include MAT. Individual will need the ability to learn the Electronic Medical Record system.

Experience:

SUD Program Manager: 1-2 years or more experience in the field and have at minimum a trainee status.

Education:

Related Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Services with one to two years of management experience, with a working knowledge of management basics

License:

Maryland Board of Professional Counselors & Therapists (ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD
