A PROVIDER AND EMPLOYER OF CHOICE!

In this role, you will be:
• Screening visitors/phone calls and routing to appropriate individuals
• Responding knowledgeably to general inquiries about facility services
• Providing clerical support to management team
• Preparing and distributing meeting minutes and basic memos

What you will need to succeed:
• A High School diploma or G.E.D.
• One year of prior experience as a receptionist or secretary, residential or healthcare setting, preferred.
• Experience and proficiency with basic clerical functions such as filing, invoice verification, payroll, deposits, ordering and reconciliation of orders
• Proficiency in use of Outlook including calendar and contact functions
