JOB SUMMARY
Professional responsible for Food and Beverage operations: plan, manage, direct, evaluate, control, administer, organize all actions to provide the service in this area, including leadership of the personnel in charge of the department; financial issues and the operation of Banquets and Kitchen.
JOB REQUIREMENT
• Previous experience in the area.
• Availability to reside in Cocle.
• Comprehensive leadership competencies: Focused on the business, on financial goals, on customer service KPIs, but also on the positive management of people (employees, customers, suppliers and peers), it is necessary in addition to having technical capacity Possess emotional intelligence and good management of interpersonal relationships (a necessary and indispensable requirement).
