Join us to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact as a Demand Planning Senior Advisor on our Supply Chain Planning team in Remote - Mexico.What you’ll achieveAs a Senior Advisor, Demand Planning you will be responsible for ensuring that customer demand is always met by balancing the demand and supply positions of products and commodities to optimize product availability and for maintaining a resilient as well as flexible supply chain. You will foster strong relationships with the Product Marketing, Regional and WW Procurement, Demand Planning, manufacturing production and engineering teams.You will:Drive profitability and customer satisfaction by balancing customer demand, supply availability, and operational constraints while managing a sustainable, cost-effective structure. Analyze demand, supply and shipment trends to identify opportunities, tradeoffs, impacts and risks to revenue and business plan objectives. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements7+ years of related supply planning experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experienceExcellent data analytical skills - competency to synthesize large amounts of data to drive predictive analytics in customer demand forecastingWorking knowledge of demand supply and forecasting methodologies especially attach rate forecasting for parts as well as knowledge of order management, fulfillment concepts and processesExcellent Communication (written, verbal English language proficiency a must)Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Power BI experience preferredDesirable RequirementsProgram Management ExperienceExperience in consumer products supply chain and Statistical forecastingHere’s our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
