・Conduct user interview and research across the product cycle, from formative to evaluative.
・Utilize findings to help design future products or features.
・Bring insights about users by a variety of methods whether it be surveys, interviews, usability studies, diary studies, ethnographic observation, or a new method you invent.
・Share findings with designers, engineers, and others, creating a smarter, more informed and more empathetic product team.

应聘资格
・Currently enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters or PhD level program in Cognitive orBehavioral Psychology, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design research, Human Factors, Social Sciences research or related field.
・Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research method (interviews, and usability tests, field research) and data collection and analysis.
・Experience working projects involving cross-functional teams.
・Experience using creative design tools (Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote,InDesign).
・Ability to have an empathetic, human-centric approach to analysis and problem-solvingskills.
・Ability to evaluate designs and make recommendations for improvements to designs and technology to improve product quality and overall interactive and interface design.
・Native level Japanese and conversational level English
