Job Summary
• Day to day project support, maintainance and enhancements activities
Key Responsibilities
• Understanding of MES Electronic Batch record implementation & Support for a pharma client
• Hands on expertise in end-to-end Siemens Op center Pharma v6.0 MES EBR Solutions covering - Design and Development, Implementation, Architecture, Support
• In depth knowledge on configuration and development on pharma GxP, Electronic Batch records
• Mfg. process knowledge of Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing for Chemical and Biologics processes
• Manage application patching (installation, coordination with product vendor)
• Create installation procedures as appropriate
• Create and manage asset information in CMDB
• Manage application accesses (create/modify/disable)
• Create/update service desk guide
• Create/update configuration guide
• Good written and Verbal communication (English, French)
Essential Skills
• 3 to 6 years experience
• GXP and GAMP validation standards
• Good understanding of GxP
• Ability to manage the business users and work with offshore team
Nice to Have Skills
• Act as first line of support
• End to end incident management
• Redact Knowledgebase article for future incident resolution
• Monitoring Application health
• Sets up war room for critical and high priority incidents Initiate and does an RCA for all problem tickets
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering/Science, or any Engineering
