What's the role
Have you recently (or almost) gained your Engineering degree? Are you already in the workplace but want a more challenging and rewarding role? Perhaps you’re looking for international opportunities? Exposure to senior management? Top caliber colleagues? We want to hear from dynamic young potentials with the energy and ability to join our high-performing team.
What does the role involve?
It’s a 2-year program in which we invest deeply in your professional and personal development. You start with a work integration with comprehensive in-house courses, training days and work with colleagues over the first several weeks.
What does the program look like?
12 months: You’ll get hands-on experience and a deep insight into the core of our business, our customers, products, services and software as an Account Manager.
9 months in the EEC (Engineering Competence Center) with a focus on support in anchor calculations (phase 1) and additional installation and Firestop calculations (phase 2).
3 months of transition towards the landing position of Field Engineer position by taking up:
In these 9 months you will also work on a strategic project (most likely Technical Marketing topic) for 20% of your time.
• 60% ECC continuity
• 40% Junior Project /Field Engineering responsibility for a specific project or specific group of customers including specifiers
What you need is:
The Hilti Engineering Graduate Program combines the advantages of a direct start in the real working world with an intensive learning program and intensive training to support personal development
• You will have real responsibility from day one, managing your own client portfolio
• You will gain extensive exposure to and mentorship from senior management
• You will participate in regular career guidance and development discussions
• A landing position after 24 months in the Engineering team with multiple potential steps for your career development in BELUX and/or International
Who should apply?
We have an excellent mix of people and some of our best graduates joined us with no experience of the construction industry. So, if you’ve never worked in sales or construction, that’s fine with us. Success at Hilti is down to teamwork and ability, no matter what your background.
