Customer Service Specialist
What this position is about - Purpose:
Besing responsible for end-to-end finished goods flow at JTI S&D, the position's purpose is to ensure all finished goods purchase / sales are made in a coorect and timely manner in accordance with JTI Policies & Procedures.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
1. Process finished goods purchase and sale in SAP:
- create Purchase Order in SAP
- create Sales Order in SAP
- ensure accounts receivables amount does not exceed allocated credit limit for each customer
- initiate changes to customer credit limit where necessary
- distribute price lists to customers
- coordinate all aspects of finished goods flow with other departments (Accounting / Treasury / other)
- execute month-end check of sales documents in SAP to ensure correctness / completeness
2. Coordinate delivery of finished goods to / from JTI warehouse with Tabak-invest / Belarustorg and customers
- plan finished goods purchase from TI depending on the demand from customers and / or finished goods purchase plan approved by management
- align assortment for purchase / sale with Tabak-invest / Belarustorg / customers
- coordinate finished goods shipments
- arrange transportation (where applicable)
3. Maintain master data in SAP necessary for correct FG purchase and sale:
- create / change customer master data
- initiate changes to customer credit data (i.e. credit limit, payment terms) with Treasury
- create new SKUs in SAP
- upload SKU prices as provided by Finance department
- create customers in SAP
4. Process primary documents required for delivery in a timelt and correct manner:
- issue delivery documents (TN / TTN)
- control signing of delivery documents from seller / customer side
- initiate and coordinate all changes to supply contracts with Tabak-invest / Belarustorg / customers
- ensure safety of primary documents before dispatching them to Accounting or archive
5. Update and maintenance of Distributor Department reporting:
Motivation programs
TI sales representatives visits
Local trips data reconciliation.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
• High university degree;
• At least 2 years in a similar position (Customer service / Export sales coordinator / Logistics);
• Knowledge of local and international logistics processes (including document flow);
• English: Intermediate;
• Good computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook), SAP is an advantage;
• Customer-oriented approach is a must;
• Optimistic, winning attitude, team player
