We’re looking for a creative, customer-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to support lifecycle marketing at Deputy. Reporting to the Senior Paid Search Manager, you’ll be responsible for executing compelling programs and campaigns that lead our users on a journey of discovery, education, and delight.
The journeys will be increasingly tailored by segment and personalized based on real-time behavior, so you’ll need to have a strong pulse on our customers, and thrive on designing trigger-based campaigns that increase NPS, retention, and revenue. The role will be very hands-on, so you’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and executing.
You’ll work closely with our incredible marketing, community and learning, success, and growth teams dotted across the globe, so you’ll need to be an exceptional communicator who can build consensus, instill belief, and rally people around a common goal.

• Worked closely with the programs, creative and growth teams to implement quick-win opportunities.
• Contribute to improving Deputy’s performance marketing campaigns, increasing conversion rates and reducing cost per acquisition.
• Have found new ways to make people find out about Deputy and created a plan to increase brand awareness.
• Own the day-to-day management of all performance marketing campaigns within the strategic ad serving platforms.
• Be running weekly test and learn campaigns, reporting results to stakeholders regularly.
• Be owning the execution of your roadmap, working closely with stakeholders from across the business to deliver against your agreed KPI’s.
Qualifications
• A proven record executing performance marketing campaigns (paid social media, search, video, and display).
• Ability to create insightful reports and deep understanding of key performance metrics for each digital marketing channel.
• Inquisitive by nature, you ask many questions and always seek to challenge the status quo.
• You’re comfortable executing campaigns while finding ways to improve processes for future campaigns.
• A natural comprehension of conversion funnels and customer journeys with the knowledge of what levers can be pulled for improvement, and most importantly, an understanding of how to pull them.
• A strong communicator and collaborator who can build consensus, instill belief, and rally people around a common goal.
• Understanding A/B testing frameworks and the ability to draw insights and conclusions from data and take action accordingly.
• Experience creating actionable customer audiences in multiple platforms to ensure reaching users who are most likely to convert.
• Experience working with internal creative teams and cross-functional marketing partners to execute effective, engaging marketing programs and campaigns.
• Empathetic towards the challenges facing the shift work economy and passionate about simplifying shift work to make life easier for managers and employees worldwide.
The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine the compensation offer that someone will receive for the position. These factors include, but are not limited to, experience level, technical and nontechnical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. The following range is an estimate to include multiple geographies and so does not reflect any applicable adjustments that would be made for the location of where an individual is based. At Deputy, compensation decisions vary from case to case. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses. The reasonable pay range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
