On behalf of Anticimex Innovation Center, Randstad is looking for an Electronic Engineer to join the product development team in Anticimex’ new and innovative facilities in Bagsværd, Denmark. Anticimex is primarily looking for an Electronic Engineer on a senior level.
At Anticimex, you will be part of an international environment, as Anticimex operates from across the world in 20 different countries. Anticimex is a leader in the field and a part of the four biggest companies that works with pest control, but in a way that is environmentally friendly, as they do not use any type of poison.
You will be designing and developing different types of components for devices that can communicate with each other in i.e. a mesh-network.
When building the devices, it is important to know about certain types of certifications and rules for how to build them.
You will have an insight in the whole proces from market needs, design and test to the assembly of the product.
In addition, you get the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art IOT-devices.
your key responsibilities
You will play a key role in the development and optimization of Anticimex’ printed circuit boards.
That will imply the responsibilities:
•Look into new features of what the customers want
•Follow the product from start to finish, validating and testing it along the way
•Making prototypes and having contact with software developers and the Supply Chain department
•Be up to date on the latest certifications in the field such as: UL, NRTL, EMC, SCC, CE and FCC
To do so, you preferably have knowledge about the different types of certifications and technologies that can be used to enhance the functionalities of the PCBs including modems and short-range radio systems.

•You preferably have a diploma in Electronic Engineering or a Master of Science in Electrical Technology
•You have a proactive approach and take ownership of your product as it is the product teams that own each product
•It is natural for you to enter into dialogues and challenge the product's setups in the search for the most flexible solutions that still meet all requirements
•You are structured and able to navigate in an environment with many tasks at once
The team, which you will be a part of, has a variety of skills within electronics, testing, certifications and more. Right now, they are a total of ten employees and they are looking into doubling that number over the next year.
Therefore, you will become part of a professionally strong and growing environment, which will contribute to your professional development not standing still.
The department is characterized by an informal tone with room for fun and where cooperation and solidarity are highly valued.
As you become part of an international environment, it is important that you master English both in writing and orally.
