The opportunity
Project: This is part of the largest urban regeneration projects in Europe and the largest regeneration investment ever in Greece.
We are leading the delivery of the residential portfolio, which includes luxury and high-rise residential buildings, arts, culture, hospitality, retail and modern commercial offices space.
At the heart of the development lies the 2 million sqm park, which is expected to become the most important green area in Athens and one of the largest coastal parks in the world.
The project comprises an integrated urban development model that will combine the area’s natural beauty and unique inherent characteristics with landmark buildings and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Managing the schedule/planning of limited complexity or participating in the delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes under direction.
• Understanding of the overall project lifecycle in line with Mace Way (control centre from design through to handover.
• Having awareness of current planning and scheduling methodologies.
• Building an understanding of the common tool sets used on typical Mace projects.
• Developing critical thinking skills to interrogate data and information.
• Being the lead in negotiations with third parties as a planning/schedule management specialist.
• Responding to client/stakeholder requests effectively and sensitively.
• Giving excellent attention to detail and ability to validate and check data and reports, recording and reports produced, providing basic commentary and analysis.

You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and manage dynamic, motivated teams. You will have experience working on major or culturally significant programmes with a contractor or consultant and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike
