Job Requirements

DoubleTree by Hilton Brescia is currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest focused Front Office professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

As Front Office Agent you will ensure consistently delivered exceptional customer service to Guests, therefore, you are asked to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Supervise accurate and efficient Front Office operations including check in/out procedures
• Ensure the Front Office Manager is fully aware of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments
• Ensure a consistent, high level of customer service
• Drive sales revenues and promote hotel services and facilities for up-selling opportunities
• Understand and apply correct procedures regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the hotel credit policy
• Demonstrate positive characteristics to meet and exceed standards
• Act in accordance with the front of house equipment and the property management systems
• Conduct training programs on an ongoing basis
• Follow company brand standards
• Assist other departments, as necessary, and maintain good working relationships with hotel Team Members
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as financial reporting, daily financial closures (Night Audit and tasks associated with this).
• you could be asked to represent hotel management during night shifts

Work Experience

Previous experience in Front Office operations
• Good working knowledge of OnQ
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities are essentials
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team
• High level of responsibility, resilience and flexibility
• Competent level of IT proficiency
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential and knowledge in an additional language is preferred.
