All'interno del ristorante si occupa di:
• gestire la mise en place
• accogliere la clientela
• sbarazzare la sala, pulire e mantenere l'ordine
• supportare lo Chef de Rang nella gestione operativa del servizio di sala, nel rispetto degli standard e delle procedure
Inside the restaurant deals with:
• manage the mise en place
• welcome guests
• clean and maintain the order
• support the Chef de Rang in the operational management of the hall service, in compliance with the
standards, production procedures and HACCP standards in force
- Contratto a tempo determinato (Maggio - Settembre 2023)

- Disponibilità full time su turni da lunedì a domenica con due giorni di riposo
- Vitto e alloggio
- Temporary contract (May - September 2023)

- Full time availability from Monday to Sunday with two days of rest

Profile description:
• Ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e buona conoscenza di inglese
• Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5*
• Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, comunicazione, orientamento al cliente e collaborazione
• Excellent knowledge of Italian, good knowledge of English
• at least one year of experience gained in 4*/5* hotels
• Completes the profile: organizational skills, communication, customer orientation and collaboration
