Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a RAN NDO engineer, who will be responsible for troubleshooting, planning and Optimizing RAN network (2G/3G/4G).
You will bring:
• Knowledge of 2G and/or WCDMA RAN Optimization process
• Experience with RAN Optimization tools
• Experience with Initial tuning activities
• Experience with E/// RAN features & parameters
• Ability to troubleshoot and propose corrective actions to improve RAN performance
• Knowledge of LTE optimization process is an advantage
• Knowledge of RAN design principles is an advantage
Additional requirements:
• Team Player & Positive attitude toward group work
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• English Speaking
Key qualifications and experience:
• Education: Bachelor or Master in Telecom Engineering
• Minimum years of experience: 1 – 3 Years
• Domain experience: RAN NDO & drive test 2G/3G/4G
