• Assist Departmental Manager in comprehensive management and coordination. Plans, supervises, and implements the overall career development and the Iraqization Programs for Al Waha.
• Initiates, discusses and proposes individual development programs for Al Waha local employees. Establishes development plans to ensure that the development of local employees is in line with the Company’s overall manpower plans.
• Overall planning, supervising the work permit’s issuing, updating and cancellation of the Chinese and international employees. Fully controlling the work permit’s issuing progress and the problems encountered by the subcontractors and proposing corresponding solutions.
Requirements:
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• University or college graduates or above.
• Not less than 5 years’ HR working experience.
• To be healthy both on physical and mental.
