Job Description
Alahli Bank of Kuwait - ABK is currently recruiting for the role of Direct Sales Agent
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
• Business networking Maintain contact with key potential clients
• Marketing Skills Deliver presentations and achieve sales of ABK's products and services
• Sales: Carry out tele-sales activities as part of business development activities
• Cross selling Promote ABK and its products and services
• Sales Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets
• Customer management: Provide customer service at all stages of sales/conversion process
• Date Process: Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate
• Complaints Management: Handle issues raised by clients as part of the sales process
• Product Knowledge: Answer product queries and provide client reassurance
