We are interested in speaking with a professional to fulfill the following position:
IT Officer
ROLE SUMMARY
As an IT Specialist you will work in positions using computer-based information systems. You will work with both network and software applications and computer hardware. You will design, operate and maintain technology products. You may work with any business, agency or organization that uses technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experienced in Azure Active Directory.
• Experienced in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experienced in Microsoft Intune.
• Experienced in Fortinet Firewall.
• Experienced in Windows Server 2019.
• Experienced in handling technical issues in general.
• Plan timeline and resources needed for the project
• Responsible for network management, software development, and database administration
• Define software, hardware, and network requirements
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Prepares references for users by writing operating instructions.
• Maintains historical records by documenting system changes and revisions.
• Maintains database by entering data

My Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT or database administration
• Experience working with the following environments: Mac OS, Windows 10 & Windows Server 2008+ operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, Network Storage, Azure
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, mobiles, etc.
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Java, etc.) is preferred
