Job Description

GlobeMed Group, the largest Healthcare Benefits Management company in the MENA region is looking for a BA Manager who will responsible for the roadmap of the existing, new and potential products, and ultimately supports the team to achieve the product's vision. He/She will provide guidance on all requests coming from the Head of Product, current clients and/or new clients to keep them in line with the company's goals, and will evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities to significantly upgrade them to the next level, and translate them into products.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Understand the problem space in the process and design viable solutions
• Supervise the documentation of the requirements and the business solution such that stakeholders, the development team and test team understand them clearly.
• Manage changes to business requirements and do an impact analysis.
• Conduct competitive research, identifying market needs in order to implement enhancement on the system
• Assess the impact of the solution on various stakeholders
• Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective
• Work with the QA team during the testing phase to ensure that solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Qualifications
• University degree (BS) in Computer Science or related field of study or Business - Master degree is a plus
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in the solution design / development, preferably in the healthcare / insurance field.
• Attended Professional Project Management Courses – Certification is a plus
• Ability to push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets.
• Strong analytical skills (technical analysis, cost analysis...)
• Good understanding of the business environment
• Strong leadership skills to generate enthusiasm among team members
• Experience in Business Intelligence and associated tools and concepts
